VERNYCE DANNELLS

 

​Vernyce Dannells is a performance teller, poet, and singer. 

 

Vernyce's multicultural birthright, her work producing for NPR and as a performance poet, fixed stories into the core of her life. Exploring and exploiting the way that story opens and broadens perspective, Vernyce feels as transformed and transported by the telling as those who hear her! 


Vernyce has shared stories from Honolulu to Philadelphia, from opening Honolulu's famed Talk Story Festival to making babies cry and adults jump during the traditional Chestnut Hill Ghost walk.
